With the room closed, the session covers mattress surface and bedding care, air-conditioner filter cleaning and a look at the drain pan, bathroom seals and drains, curtain rails and light fittings, and window rails. It ends with a written condition note.
Why a separate session
A room can look presentable turn after turn while dust collects in a filter and a sealant edge starts to lift. None of that shows in a quick clean, and the first person to notice is often a guest.
Rotating rooms through a scheduled session keeps that from piling up, without closing the whole property. The rotation interval is set with you and depends on the rooms and how often they are used.

A session takes an indicative three to four hours per room. This is a starting price; the amount for your rooms, payment and cancellation are set in a written quote.
What a session does not include
Repairs
Resealing a bath, replacing a filter or fixing an air-conditioner is not part of the session. The condition note says what may need attention.
Dismantling equipment
Air-conditioner work stops at the filter and the visible drain pan. Opening the unit and gas or electrical work need a qualified technician.
Pest and hazard work
Disinfestation, mould remediation and hazardous waste are specialist jobs and are not offered.
How it is arranged
A session is booked for a day the room can be closed completely. You are told in advance which room it is and when it is back in service, so the booking calendar can be planned around it. Afterwards the condition note lists what was done and anything a fitting, seal or filter may need soon.
Over a rotation, the notes add up to a record of how each room is holding. That is useful when a maintenance or replacement budget is being drawn up.
