A linen cupboard that stays in order

Linen Handling and Storage keeps the cycle moving: collection, hand-over to the laundry, counting and a cupboard that can be read at a glance.

Back to Home

What it covers

Used linen is collected, bagged and handed to the commercial laundry you use or agree with us; clean linen is received back, counted and shelved. Counting is weekly, and a short written summary follows each month. The washing itself is done by the laundry, not by Frieze Protocol.

Why a count matters

Linen is rarely lost in one go. A set wears out unnoticed, another stays on a floor of a back room, and months later the budget shows a gap nobody can account for. A cupboard that has to be searched also slows every turnover that draws from it.

A weekly count will not stop wear. It makes the gap visible while it is still small, and the monthly summary says which items were retired and which are short.

Edges of the service

The laundry is yours

The laundry is chosen by you or agreed with us and contracted by you. Its quality, timing and charges are its own.

Replacement is your call

The summary flags worn or missing items. Buying replacements is decided and paid for by the property.

Linen is not a medical matter

Special handling for infectious or soiled-by-biohazard linen is not covered; those items are set aside for the property to deal with.

How it is arranged

Tell us how many rooms you have, how many sets of each item are in circulation and which laundry you use. A first count sets the baseline, and the weekly count is compared with it. If you also book Standard Room Turnover, linen availability is coordinated with the turnover rounds so that a room is not waiting for towels.

Talk it through

Describe your linen arrangement and we will outline how the monthly cycle would run.
